Our Challenge

Cory and Sandy spent more than 30 years developing high-performing leaders as corporate executives across multiple industries while also building their own businesses. After being affected by several corporate reorganizations, they set out to create a new business model that combined their passions for business and leadership development.

Our Solution

After two challenging years of developing, testing, and refining the model, they launched The Premier Group. This revolutionary business development model operates similarly to traditional models but introduces a new approach to leadership development focused on building wealth rather than relying on the traditional paycheck-to-paycheck budgeting mindset.
